Playing the game he loved on the 14th July 2018, Max aged 33 years of Cleckheaton. The much loved son of Bridget & Mick, a cherished nephew, cousin & godfather. The best friend of many and fantastic rugby coach and team mate.

Max was Max.....unique and loved to wind people up!! He was a very loyal friend to people in my family and would have done anything for them. Max loved his honorary nephews and nieces and they all lovingly knew him as “Uncle Maxâ€. I'm so glad I saw Max at my house a few hours before he played rugby on that fateful day as we had a laugh and that's the memory I will always have of him. RIP big fella, you will be missed more than you could ever have imagined xxx
