For the last four and a half years the town of Wootton Bassett has shouldered the responsibility of paying their last respects to the servicemen and women repatriated back to the United Kingdom. From today, this will no longer happen, as all repatriated soldiers will be flown in to RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire, and then on to the John Radcliffe Hospital.
